Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing TemplateCast, a tech company offering next-gen automation tools with AI and technology for e-commerce sellers. We strive to provide you with the best products and services to enhance your e-commerce business. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests for our various plans available on our website www.templatecast.com. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases from us.

  1. Refund Eligibility:

1.1 Users have the right to apply for a refund within 30 days from the date of enrollment.

1.2 The refund policy applies to all available plans offered on our website, www.templatecast.com.

1.3 After the refund deadlines mentioned above, users do not have the right to apply for a refund unless they have upgraded their plan.

1.4 Upgrading from any plan to the “Done For You” plan grants users another 30-day refund guarantee.

1.5 Users are only applicable for refunds only if they have watched more than 80% of our content, opened their shop and added at least 50 listings. TemplateCast tracks users’ content consumption, including video content watched and files downloaded, to determine eligibility for refunds.

  1. Refund Request Process:

2.1 To request a refund, users must submit a refund request via email to our support team at support@templatecast.com for review.

2.2 Refund requests must include the following information:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address used for purchase

  • Order Number

  • Reason for the refund request

2.3 Users must submit refund requests within the applicable refund period as stated in Section 1.

  1. Exclusions:

3.1 TemplateCast will not issue refunds if users have violated any of our policies or terms and conditions.

3.2 Users are encouraged to review and adhere to our policies and terms of conditions, which can be found on our website.

  1. Refund Processing:

4.1 Upon receiving a valid refund request within the applicable refund period, TemplateCast will review the request and determine its eligibility.

4.2 If the request meets the refund criteria, TemplateCast will initiate the refund process within 5 business days.

4.3 The refunded amount will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  1. Obligations:

5.1 TemplateCast is legally obligated to issue refunds in accordance with this Refund Policy, our terms and conditions, and other policies.

5.2 TemplateCast is not obliged to issue refunds if they are not in line with our Refund Policy, terms and conditions, or other policies.

  1. Changes to the Refund Policy:

6.1 TemplateCast reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Any changes to the Refund Policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
